Since 2020, we have collaborated with SPJIMR to promote mental well-being in the workplace through a series of comprehensive initiatives. Our work included conducting workshops on Mental Health Day, where we addressed vital topics such as stress management, work-life balance, resilience, and emotional intelligence. These workshops provided students with practical strategies to maintain their mental health and navigate the demands of their professional and personal lives. We worked closely with the Vishwas Counseling Center to offer ongoing mental health care and awareness programs. This partnership ensured that students had continuous access to the support and resources they needed. We aimed to equip future leaders with the tools necessary to prioritize their well-being and create healthier workplaces.
